The JUST program is a voluntary transparency platform for organizations to disclose their operations, including how they treat their employees and where they make financial and community investments. SHKS has elected to use the JUST label as a tool to evaluate ourselves using a third-party standard and to provide a way to communicate what we are doing to improve the lives of our employees, and support the health of our environment and community.
