Corner market building tenant improvements on several levels were tightly coordinated with infrastructure work. Multiple tenant improvement projects in the historic Triangle, Leland, Corner, Fairly, Economy and Sanitary Market buildings have ranged in scale and complexity. All of the spaces were brought up to current building and health codes within the Pike Place Market Historic District Guidelines.
Exterior envelope improvements and systems upgrades at the Livingston Baker and First & Pine buildings were designed to maintain the distinctive historic character of the Pike Place Market, while extending their useful lives for future generations.
