Phinney Neighborhood Association Brick Building

The Phinney Neigborhood Association Brick Building was constructed as the John B. Allen Elementary School for the Seattle Public Schools in 1918. The three-story building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a City of Seattle landmark. SHKS Architects worked with the PNA and the City of Seattle Landmarks Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to design an ADA-compliant building entry and elevator.
