Emily joined SHKS in early 2020 with a diverse portfolio of experience ranging from custom lake retreats to complex YMCA additions, having handled various roles and project types at any given time. Her design ethos is centered on creating environments that speak to its context and inhabitants, reflecting the current conditions of modern society. With architecture degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and University of Washington, she formed a deep appreciation for problem solving through collaboration, strengthening her ability to articulate ideas and concepts to both clients and consultants. Recently, her attention to detail is helping drive the renovation of the former Pyramid Restaurant to completion.
Lively engagement results in extraordinary places.
