We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is creative, dedicated, flexible, and collaborative—with a talent for developing compelling marketing content and materials that align with our strategies and brand.

 What you will bring to SHKS:

  • Writing, editing, and graphic design of marketing materials, proposals, and interview presentations
  • Preparing and presenting pursuit-specific research to marketing team
  • Managing and tracking marketing initiatives, events, activities, and project pursuits in collaboration with team members, consultants, and clients
  • Leading weekly marketing meetings to inform and update activity status
  • Managing and maintaining our marketing database, collateral, and media

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction marketing or related field
  • Superior communication skills: written, verbal, and graphic
  • Skilled at designing visual content and layouts for documents, brochures, presentations, and other branded material
  • Self-directed and able to effectively manage the efforts of other team members
  • Ability to work closely with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple and often competing deadlines

 

We are also currently interviewing for a full-time Project Architect (40 hours/week).

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A professional degree in architecture
  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience
  • Superior design and communication skills: verbal, written, and graphic
  • Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with project design and documentation, including consultant coordination and construction administration
  • Technical proficiency in detailing and knowledge of building systems
  • Experience and interest in renovation, adaptive reuse, and preservation projects
  • LEED Accreditation and/or knowledge of sustainable design strategies
  • Skill with zoning and building codes
  • Ability to manage oneself and others in a collaborative team environment 

 

Additionally, We are  interviewing for an Interior Designer (40 hours/week) 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A professional degree in interior design or architecture
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Superior design and communication skills: verbal, written, and graphic
  • Proficiency with REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with project design and documentation including construction administration
  • Experience and interest in commercial and higher education renovations, and single family residential projects
  • LEED Accreditation and/or knowledge of sustainable design strategies
  • Ability to produce interior design deliverables including: interior drawings, specifications, furniture packages, and related schedules
  • Familiarity with current materials, furniture, and furnishings
  • Familiarity with DesignerLogic or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
